Instead of six consultations of 90 minutes each, I always prefer to do 12 consultations of 45 minutes each as to give you as my client a closer follow up and support. Ultimately this is absolute personal preference of the client, which ever case he/she feels more appropriate for his/her personal situation.

This also includes unlimited emails (reply within a 24 Hr. period) and text messages from 7 am to 9 pm (fastest reply).
Our interactions can be conducted by regular phone calls, MSN Messenger (Windows Live) and Skype Video Calls.

Every interaction remains absolutely confidential between the coach and the client.
Confidentiality and personal privacy are extremely valued.
