Based in North Miami, Florida; MEDITAR, Underwater Meditation was founded and created by Adrian A. Boniardi by combining two of his greatest interests, the underwater world and the practice of traditional meditation.
Being so far the first and only company in the world offering this exciting new alternative for this ancient practice, Adrian Boniardi is glad to be able to deliver and share this great way to reach that part of ourselves that so very few have access to with those who are looking for new alternatives.

M.e.d.i.t.a.r, Underwater Meditation is currently using the instalations of the 'Dive Stop' dive shop located in 16604 NE 2 Avenue, North Miami, FL 33162
"It was a different type of experience, very relaxing. Something I’ve never done. Although I’ve been diving before, this is something totally different. Very interesting".

“Today was amazing! I loved it! I feel great. I got very relaxed. I’m happy. I felt a great connection with nature, and with my own Self. I think this is something I have to incorporate into my life”.

“At the beginning I felt very anxious, didn’t know what to expect. But, little by little, as I was getting relaxed,
I began to feel more comfortable and to get adapted”.

A few years after getting his first scuba diving certification in Argentina in the 1980's, Adrian Boniardi became a Scuba Diving Instructor for the Argentinian Underwater Federation (F.A.A.S) and the World Underwater Federation (C.M.A.S) founding 'Atlantheus', Scuba Diving School in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1994.
In 1997 he was invited to participate in a scientific and archeological project called "Santa Maria y Las Animas" (Saint Mary and The Spirits") at Tierra del Fuego, Argentina, in the search of a XVII century Spanish galleon shipwrecked with gold and silver.
Atlantheus received national recognition from Argentina’s Vice-President in August and September 1999 for its support of the formation of National Social Organizations.
He also received training under the direction of DAN (Divers Alert Network) on the importance of Oxygen for Diving Incidents.
In March 2000, Adrian A. Boniardi became a Dive Master for Padi, turning later to the commercial diving specialty where he ultimately discovered the benefits of underwater meditation after going through some personal emotional challenges

After being an active scuba diver, instructor and commercial diver for more than 20 years, Adrian realized he had always been looking for something he couldn't find anywhere else in the world, so he decided to bring it forth for all to enjoy.
The practice of meditation has always been something to which he owes a great deal of clarity and serenity and which he acknowledges has helped him to keep his focus on his goals and aspirations in those moments when emotional pain was almost unbearable while conserving his peace of mind and allowing him to stay grounded.
One day, after going through some difficult times, he realized he had been successfully using underwater meditation on himself for a very long time without even being aware of it!
That was the day that he decided to share this experience with everybody else as a vehicle to realize our true energetic-spiritual nature, eliminate negative stress and unnecessary emotional pain and at the same time allow guidance from within-- to find and to live the real and true purpose of our lives through gaining access to a part of our consciousness that is still hidden for most..
